At Gurjari, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner.
How are items packaged?
All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage.
Processing your order.
We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 4 business days to ship goods out of our warehouse in Gandhinagar, however we will try to deliver early.
What are the shipping charges?
For all deliveries within India we offer free delivery, however for international orders the shipping costs will be shown at the time of final checkout. Some items may have extra shipping charges depending on the nature of the product; same will be mentioned with the product listing.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
All Gurjari items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is within 7 working days for domestic orders (except for states for J&K, Northeast and Kerala). It may differ from one item to another. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates.
With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers companies. In some cases where the pincode/zipcode is not serviceable by these courier companies, we use other services. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges (unless mentioned otherwise for specific products only). The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with in the list prices.
Who bears the Octroi & other special /additional /Newtaxes?
All of www.estoregurjari.com orders are shipped within India from our warehouse in Gandhinagar, India to your provided shipping address via reputed logistic service provider. Due to the nature of interstate shipping, you may have to pay additional duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your state. The majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional duties or taxes are assessed, customer will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with logistic service provider to clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice/receipt from logistic service provider for any duties and taxes, you will have to pay logistic service provider directly at the time of delivery.
All cities in Maharashtra are octroiable. Any applicable octroi will be payable by the customer. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities.
Does Gurjari deliver internationally?
Yes, Gurjari does deliver items internationally. Customs and import duties are applied by local authorities once the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the order recipient and will vary from country to country. This process is beyond the control of Gurjari. Contact your local customs office for details. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with logistic service provider to clear your goods for you from customs and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice/receipt from logistic service provider for any duties and taxes, you will have to pay logistic service provider directly at the time of delivery.
